Our services

In principle we do not need personal data to sell our products. Only when you pay by card do we receive certain payment data from your bank. This is necessary to carry out the agreement with you.

We are legally required to keep our administration for 7 years under the Dutch tax retention period.

Camera surveillance

Camera surveillance may be present around our location to protect public order and the safety of visitors and staff. Footage is used exclusively for safety purposes, retained in line with the legal retention period, and never kept longer than necessary. Contact forms and newsletter

When you sign up for updates via this website or use the Feedback centre, we process the email address and any other data you provide yourself (such as your name, phone number or description). Newsletter sign-ups are confirmed by you via a double opt-in email, so we can be sure the address belongs to you. Submissions via the Feedback centre are used solely to handle your report and, where needed, to contact you.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager cookies to gain insight into visitor behaviour on our website and to improve the user experience. These cookies are only placed after you give consent via our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode). We have configured these cookies in a privacy-friendly way. This means that we:

• have signed a data processing agreement with Google;
• only provide Google with masked IP addresses;
• do not share any other data with Google; and
• do not use any other Google services in combination with Analytics.

Age verification

On your first visit to this website, we ask you to confirm you are 18 years or older. This choice is stored locally in your browser (and as a functional cookie) so the question does not reappear on every visit. This is necessary to comply with the legal 18+ access requirement for coffeeshops and contains no personal data beyond your choice itself.
